1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Robot Staff's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Description of Services

Robot Staff provides AI-powered automation solutions for service-based businesses, including but not limited to:

  • AI Voice Receptionist services
  • Automated appointment scheduling
  • Email and SMS automation
  • Lead qualification and follow-up systems
  • Custom workflow automation
  • CRM integrations

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Use services in compliance with applicable laws
  • Not misuse or attempt to reverse-engineer our systems
  • Respect intellectual property rights

4. Payment Terms

Our services are provided on a fee-for-service basis:

  • Setup fees are due upon completion of implementation
  • Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

5. Service Level Agreement

Robot Staff commits to:

  • 99.9% uptime for all automation systems
  • Response to support requests within 24 hours
  • 30-day free maintenance period after implementation
  • Regular system updates and improvements

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our services, including software, designs, and methodologies, remain the property of Robot Staff. Clients retain ownership of their data and content processed through our systems.

7. Limitation of Liability

Robot Staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding any claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet all your specific requirements.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Robot Staff from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will receive access to export your data for 30 days. We reserve the right to suspend services immediately for violations of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
